The distribution of aid in the form of goods is managed by the Biology Student Association, which is located next to the Biology Department FMIPA UB building. “Thank God, the funds for Lombok have been collected as much as Rp. 5,050,000, from lecturers, staff and the Department of Biology,” said Zulfaidah, active lecturer and coordinator of Biology. The funds were channeled through Rahadi Wirawan (FIS Alumni in 1991). “We also send assistance to FMIPA alumni who happen to live near Senggigi and Mataram, Iwan and Santy Pristianigrum (alumni of the 1994 generation)”, said Husnul Khotimah, one of the coordinators. This assistance is expected to reduce the post-disaster burden in Lombok.
